The plan

Williams calls itself the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. It sits on Interstate 40 and historic Route 66, the last town on the drive north to the South Rim, and every family headed for the canyon passes through it.

We have signed a territory agreement with Camp Jellystone for a Jellystone Park™ camp-resort here. Site selection is under way; Nielson Development will develop and build it, and Glampers Inn Resorts will operate it with the same systems, standards and Rylee.ai guest service as Zion and Hatch.

Landowners in and around Williams, and investors who want in early, should talk to us now.
