Privacy Notice

We collect only what we need:

• What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number if given, the topic you choose and your message.
• Chat with Rylee.ai. What you type into the chat, and your phone number if you ask to continue by text.
• Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to run and secure the site. We use your IP address briefly to limit spam on our forms.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or analytics that build a profile of you. The chat widget stores your conversation in your own browser so it survives a page change.

• To answer your inquiry and follow up on what you asked about.
• To answer guest questions through Rylee.ai and, if you ask, by text message.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Railway (website hosting) and Cloudflare (network, security and encrypted backup storage)
• Resend (delivery of form emails)
• SourceChat (the Rylee.ai chat service)

Reservations are completed on Campspot, a separate reservation platform, under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect safety, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this notice will continue to apply to it.

If you give us your number and ask Rylee.ai or our team to reply by text, we will send messages about your question or stay. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop at any time or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of a purchase, and we do not share mobile numbers for others’ marketing.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting providers.

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Forms are protected against automated abuse, stored data is access-controlled, and only our team can see submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy or to delete it, and to stop contacting you. Residents of Utah, California and other states with consumer privacy laws have these rights by law, along with the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

To make a request, use our contact form (choose “Privacy request”) or call (435) 359-9970. We will confirm your request and respond within the time the law allows (usually 45 days). We may need to verify your identity first. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.

This site is meant for adults planning trips and doing business with us. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to resort, partner and news websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
