The plan

Hatch sits on U.S. Route 89 in the high valley of the Sevier River, between Zion and Bryce Canyon — the two most-visited parks in Utah's Grand Circle. It is a natural stop for every family driving between them.

In August 2026 we signed a franchise agreement with Camp Jellystone for a second Jellystone Park™ camp-resort here. Nielson Development will develop and build it; Glampers Inn Resorts will operate it, with the same systems, standards and Rylee.ai guest service that run Zion.

Site planning is under way. Join the first-to-know list for opening dates, founding-season rates and partnership opportunities.
